Liquid honey is the honey obtained by filtering the honey collected by the bees from the hives with special filters. During this process, bee particles, wax particles and other foreign materials are removed from the honey. Strained honey usually has a smoother consistency and can be consumed more easily.

Comb honey, on the other hand, is honey in which bees store honey in special wax cells and allow it to crystallize. Comb honey is sold in its natural form in beeswax combs. Comb honey has a more natural taste and also contains beneficial substances such as bee wax and propolis. However, since comb honey needs to be chewed or cracked to consume, it may be a little more troublesome than liquid honey.
